Research Activities

[ Research Center for Ethiculture Studies ]

We promote foundational and specialized research on RINRI and RINRI Culture.

With the goal of systematization of RINRI and the construction of RINRI Cultural Studies, we promote foundational/specialized research on RINRI and RINRI Culture. Research results are published within the Institute as well as distributed publically through research journals such as “RINRI” (Monthly magazine) and “Bulletin of RINRI Institute of Ethics"(Annual magazine), as well as presented at the “RINRI Research Forum”.

Overview of Research Activities

As a part of our Research Activities, we promote foundational/specialized research on RINRI and RINRI Culture with the goal of systematization of RINRI and the construction of RINRI Cultural Studies.

We conduct the following as part of our foundational/specialized research on RINRI:

  1. Empirical research on case studies based in the practice of RINRI
  2. Research on the philosophy of Toshio Maruyama, advocate of RINRI, and comparative studies between national/international Ethics (moral philosophy) and RINRI
  3. Research examining various issues of contemporary society from the perspective of RINRI

We conduct the following as part of our foundational/specialized research on RINRI Culture:

  1. Research on Japanese Culture
  2. Research on Earth RINRI Promotion
  3. Investigation on national/international Ethics (moral philosophy) and the construction of RINRI Cultural Studies

Theme-based research results conducted by field experts are presented in publications such as the “RINRI”monthly magazine, “Bulletin of RINRI Institute of Ethics” annual magazine, the “Library of RINRI Cultural Research” book, as well as at the “RINRI Research Forum”.
Besides these publications, we promote exchange with national/international Research Centers and Researchers while working in partnership with various groups and organizations promoting Moral Education and Family Education.
